Our fair return policy, clearly explained.

✅ What You Can Return

  • Non-perishable grocery items
  • Household products
  • Incorrect or damaged items received

Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

  • Fresh produce, meat and dairy (they spoil quickly)
  • Frozen items once delivered
  • Sealed products for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@shodai.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm within 24 hours.
  3. Send the item back to our Cottbus address (Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 17, 03046 Cottbus) using a tracked shipping service. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  4. Once the goods have arrived, your refund will be made using the payment method you used for the order, within 14 days of your withdrawal reaching us.
